Job Overview

This role involves providing culturally safe, trauma-informed case management to support Aboriginal women in a therapeutic residential program.

You will have the time and space to deliver meaningful care with a small caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services
  • Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
  • Build strong connections with clients and their families
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
  • Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
  • Female-identifying candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Driver's licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check
