
Facility Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional customer service in our service centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to facility contacts through phone calls, emails, or other means
- Log and process maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships
- Enter data into systems, allocate resources as needed, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and filing systems
- Compliance checks to ensure all files and records are up-to-date
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume customer service/call centre environment
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and proactive approach
- Logistics/scheduling experience highly regarded (but not essential)
- C-class driver's license and experience using Navision or Maximo would be an asset
