About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Chef de Partie to join our team at Lucas Restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of your allocated section, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the pan and grill section, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning customers
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and specials
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
