About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at NDY Management Pty Limited. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering structural engineering services throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Technical Excellence: You will be responsible for delivering technically excellent engineering designs for our clients and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver a range of projects.
  • Leadership and Management: You will lead, motivate, and guide your team to reach their full potential and deliver outstanding results. This will include mentoring and facilitating the technical development of more junior resources.
  • Business Development: You will drive business development, win work, and identify new opportunities to support the growth of our business.
  • Client Relationships: You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving and supporting a culture of safety and quality within the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience: You will have significant experience at a Senior Engineer level, ideally within a consulting engineering environment, including construction phase inspections.
  • Skills: You will have a strong understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards and demonstrated capability in the design of large structures incorporating RC/PT concrete, steel, and mass timber. You will also be proficient in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
