Heavy Equipment Operator - M12 Motorway Project

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in heavy equipment operation? We have an exciting role available for a reliable and hardworking individual to work on the M12 Motorway project between Cecil Hills & Badgerys Creek.

This is a long-term contract position, with opportunities for ongoing employment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Roller Machine to maintain and repair road surfaces.
  • Assemble and erect temporary fencing as required.
  • Perform site preparation tasks, including flagging and clearing lines.
  • Install posts and perform electrical and excavator spotting duties.
  • Engage in repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting.
Requirements:
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Roller Operator Ticket or equivalent qualification.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work sites (no public transport services are available in the area).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in civil laboring roles.
What You'll Get:
  • $32.30 per hour (normal time).
  • $45.22 per hour (time and a half).
  • $58.14 per hour (double time).
  • $20.32 per day (travel allowance).
  • $18.00 per day (meal allowance after 9.5 hours worked).
  • All personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied, including shirts and jackets.
