Waste Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced truck driver to join our team in Seven Hills. As an HR Vac Truck driver, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of service and safety while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

About the Role:

  • You will operate a Vacuum Truck for jettying and drain cleaning on large-scale projects
  • Your main duties will involve operating HR (Heavy Rigid) vac trucks for waste and liquid waste removal, high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, manual cleaning, equipment operations, conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance of vehicles, complying with all safety and traffic regulations, managing waste disposal according to environmental and company standards, operating high pressure water equipment for cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company procedures, collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently, collecting and transporting multiple waste streams to disposal locations, and providing quality customer service

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $45 per hour, free onsite parking, temp to perm after 4 months, and opportunities for career growth and progression.

Requirements:

  • You must have a valid HR truck license and previous experience working in waste management services
  • Experience in operating vac trucks or similar vehicles is advantageous
  • You should have a good understanding of road safety and waste management procedures, as well as experience conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance of vehicles
  • You should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Work Environment: You will be working from the Seven Hills Depot, Monday to Friday, with early morning starts from 3am to 5am depending on the day. Expect to work 8 to 10 hour days.
