Cleaner - Council facilities

  • Opportunities available for a part-time cleaner (15 hours per week) or multiple casual opportunities

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our council facilities. You will work independently with minimal supervision and use your previous cleaning experience to ensure our work spaces are maintained to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be able to organize their work effectively, and work cooperatively as part of a team. A commitment to customer-focused service and a sound knowledge of safe and hygienic cleaning practices are also essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
  • Time management skills and ability to organise work effectively
  • Ability to work as a cooperative team member
  • Commitment to a customer focused service
  • A sound knowledge of safe and hygienic cleaning practices
  • Relevant work experience
  • Working with children check (to be obtained prior to commencement)
  • C class drivers license desirable
  • Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts including weekends
