Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions for CGW and Barea with accuracy.
  • Make timely payments to creditors via electronic funds transfer and cheques.
  • Manage team reimbursements by EFT and process general matter payments.
  • Handle transfers between General, Barea, Trust, credit card accounts, and CGW nominees.
  • Process corporate credit cards and manage petty cash with reconciliations.
  • Support minor accounting tasks and file closure processes.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of business activities.

About you

  • Prior experience in accounts payable is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills with clear communication.
  • A great attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for finance and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity when handling sensitive information.
