Barista Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista to join our team in a friendly and professional environment.

About the Role

This is an excellent employment opportunity for individuals who take pride in their coffee making, cleaning, and have good HACCP practices. As a Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring quality product and service are presented in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
  • Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Cleaning service and seating areas.
  • Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
  • Performing cashier duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Coffee knowledge and attention to detail are required.
  • Teamwork and multitasking skills are necessary.
  • Cash management and ability to train other staff are also required.

Work Environment

Our team operates in a fast-paced environment with regular hours. Shifts range from early morning starts at 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Must be available on days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
