Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research State Lead to manage research staff, develop good working relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all research is conducted in accordance with GenesisCare SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines, study specific protocols, and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Have a thorough understanding of all trials being conducted in the state and liaise with relevant hospital departments and third parties to ensure quality clinical services.

Team Management:
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Mentor and develop new staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement regular team meetings and ensure effective communication for management strategies.
  • Proactively identify and manage quality risks and issues with the Quality Team.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • A proven background in clinical research.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to initiate and drive change by motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer literacy with knowledge of clinical trials software and MS Office suite.
