IT Security Manager

Quality People is seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system security compliance, managing Plans of Action and Milestones, investigating and coordinating security incidents, and developing and maintaining security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain system security compliance with Australian Government and Defence Information and Cyber Security policies and frameworks.
- Develop and implement security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and coordinate security incidents, including reporting security status to senior management.
- Manage Plans of Action and Milestones to ensure timely resolution of security incidents.
- Formal information and cyber security qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience applying Australian Government and Defence Information and Cyber Security policies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated IT Security Manager experience.
- Exposure to the aviation environment.
