Job Opportunity
">">We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised Volunteer Services Officer to support the effective delivery of our volunteer programs.
">This role will involve providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Volunteer Manager, ensuring every stage of the volunteer experience is well-organised and welcoming.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as entering and maintaining accurate volunteer records, assisting with onboarding processes and compliance requirements, preparing communications and event materials, and helping coordinate key volunteer events throughout the year.
">To be successful in this role, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a motivated and well-organised approach. You will also require proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience navigating HR/payroll or database systems.
