Workplace Experience Specialist

We're a national team of bright minds designing, developing and innovating the retail stores of the future. Our 'Best in, Better out' mentality guides our decisions and puts customers at the heart of all we do.

This role is pivotal within our Workplace Experience team. You'll coordinate the delivery of the Workplace Experience program nationally and support senior colleagues with day-to-day operational delivery of workplace/soft services programs in key sites.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a customer-focused mindset and assisting with standardisation programs of services across all locations
  • Fostering an environment that puts the Customer first and actively using stakeholder feedback to achieve goals
  • Undertaking evaluation and assessment of workplace utilisation tools to provide insights and establish reporting cadences across stakeholder groups
  • Establishing community management groups across national workplace support locations and reviewing feedback through voice of customer data

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or in Retail, Supermarket or FMCG experience
  • Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes
  • Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and leading change and business initiatives
  • Knowledge of the retail value chain and how this translates to the store and customer
