Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Role
Job Description:As a healthcare leader, you will be responsible for leading the clinical and care team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents. This hands-on role involves coaching and mentoring the team to create an environment where residents, families, staff, and visitors feel respected, cared for, valued, safe, and happy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. They will also possess strong clinical skills, a genuine passion for working in aged care, and a commitment to contemporary best practice care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient nursing functions within the organization.
- Facilitate and manage complex health and wellbeing needs of residents through resident care planning, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and adherence to accreditation standards.
- Engage with residents, families, and health professionals to support residents to live their life as they choose whilst in our care.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurse).
- Experience in the aged care industry, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of the aged care standards, care delivery models, resident choice, and reporting requirements.
- A genuine passion for working in the aged care industry, demonstrated by your compassionate approach and commitment to contemporary best practice care.
