The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill is a leading sports bar and grill chain with multiple locations across Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our bar and restaurant areas, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Train Staff: Provide guidance and support to your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant areas, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic, inspiring your team to provide exceptional service and uphold our brand values.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events.
  • Serve Drinks and Food: Prepare and serve drinks and food to customers, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.

About You:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
