Employment Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain relationships with employers in our Disability Employment program, with the aim of securing sustainable employment for job seekers.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for marketing job seekers to prospective employers, developing and maintaining employer networks, and working alongside consultants to place participants into suitable employment.
- This is a fast-paced and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements.

Key Requirements:- be eligible to work in Australia
- have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
