We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, facilitating a safe working environment, and promoting a culture of excellence.

  • Promote a safety-first culture by implementing and enforcing relevant policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement SOPs and maintain regular liaison with internal departments and client/suppliers to maintain overall site productivity
  • Ensure daily warehouse operations KPIs are met such as but not limited to container packs/unpacks, pre-loads, documentation, stock control
  • Oversee day to day warehouse operations and conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure equipment/signage/infrastructure are maintained
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years in a warehouse operations management position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse policies & procedures
  • Thorough understanding of primary goods and/or dairy product logistics requirements
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership experience, preferably of a large team with the ability to coach and motivate others

This is a permanent, full-time position Monday to Friday however some weekend availability may be required from time to time during peak seasons.
