This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at CC Medical in a vibrant regional facility in tropical North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advanced standard of clinical care, including assessment and treatment services to adult patients with mental disorders, alcohol and other drug issues, and emotional and/or behavioural issues.
- Participating in supervision and teaching of junior medical staff and medical students.
- Contributing to clinical governance activities and taking part in the after-hours on-call roster.

We deliver mental health services via a mental health inpatient unit and a number of teams working across a range of services, including acute care, continuing care, older persons, child and youth, mobile intensive rehabilitation, assertive mobile outreach, and short-term residential treatment services within the community.
