Event Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Service Team Leader to join our team.

This role supports all food and beverage venues across the hotel, with a current focus on leading the small team during the "Le Petit Chef" event, held five times a week (Wednesday to Saturday):

Le Petit Chef is an immersive culinary journey that combines theatre and dining (set menu), featuring the world's smallest chef. Guests pre-book to enjoy this unique experience.

As the Event Service Team Leader, you will ensure the event runs smoothly and meets high standards. Your responsibilities include managing event setup and pack-down, briefing the team, providing clear direction, supporting team members, and ensuring each guest's experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event setup and pack-down to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Brief the team on event details and provide clear direction.
  • Support team members to ensure each guest's experience exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure the event meets high standards and runs smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in motivating and leading a team in a busy events, functions, or F&B environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Confidence in multi-tasking and delivering under pressure, maintaining composure during last-minute changes.
  • Attention to detail and a motivated, approachable attitude committed to delivering a unique guest experience.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Ability to work well in a team and support team success.

Requirements:
