Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and essential items.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers stay connected with their community and engage in activities they enjoy.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each customer.
