Groundsman And Sheet Pile Specialist

About the Role:
As a highly skilled and versatile operative, you will play a vital role in providing cutting-edge solutions and exceeding client expectations.
This position involves working alongside heavy machinery and requires a strong understanding of construction methods, including installation and removal of ground anchors.
You will be responsible for guiding augers, oxy cutting, profile and stringline placement, pre-drilling, and guiding sheet piles while they are being driven into the ground.
In addition to these tasks, you will also be required to unload and load trucks using chain and forks.
Key Responsibilities:- Understanding plans and working around heavy machinery
- Firm knowledge of construction and installation and removal of ground anchors
- Guiding augers, oxy cutting, profile and stringline placement, pre-drilling, guiding sheet piles whilst being driven into ground
- Unloading and loading of truck (chain and forks)
- Daily machine checks and understanding plans
- Eye for detail and site prestart and toolbox meetings
- Operation of excavators 14T-36T, liaising with senior manager, installing sheet piles, operation of vibro hammer, operation of PD and augers (pre-drilling), 4metres-12metres
Requirements:
- Own transport is a must
- Permanent residency
- Available 6 days a week
