About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting donors through their donation process, creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and interview potential donors to assess their eligibility and suitability to donate.
  • Create a personalized donor experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Conduct routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests to ensure donor safety.
  • Set up equipment and collections devices to facilitate efficient donations.
  • Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood and plasma, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Monitor donors post-donation and assist them with rebooking their next appointment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collection targets and drive business growth.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.31 per hour, plus penalties if applicable, superannuation, salary packaging, and more.

Enjoy a varied and rotating roster, working Monday to Saturday at our Port Macquarie Donor Centre.

Qualifications and Skills
