Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounds.

The role involves preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure). You will also interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients.

You will interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping, and interact with clients regarding project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of conceptual and detailed designs using 12D

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions, relevant qualifications, and demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software.

You should also have familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements, and a commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
