The Opportunity

This role is a key part of our payroll team, focusing on processing Australian staff pays.

As an integral member of the team, you'll play a vital role in the entire employee life cycle, including pay processing, assistance with queries, end-of-month reconciliation and reporting, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

The Role

  • Preparation and timely completion of monthly payrolls by the 15th of each month.
  • Fortnightly manual payrolls and cash re-reimbursements for Australian Payrolls.
  • Liaise with HR regarding all new employees, contracts, and Terms & Conditions.
  • Assist with payments/reconciliations/lodgement of WorkCover, PAYG, Payroll Tax, ACC, PAYE IR345, IR348, and superannuation.
  • Process payroll journals to ERP systems.
  • Provide timely customer services to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Perform other ad hoc payroll tasks as required.
