Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Newcastle. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maximizing the on-shelf availability and visibility of our iconic beverages in supermarkets, department stores, and hardware outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the CCEP cold drink portfolio is fully stocked and well-presented within fridges.
  • Ensure coolers are set to the nationally agreed customer planogram.
  • Ensure our beverages are stocked and presented within the beverage aisle.
  • Merchandise products displayed to agreed standards.
What We Offer:
  • Flexible working hours that support your lifestyle or family commitments (6 hours per day between 9am & 6pm) Wednesday – Saturday, 24 hours in total per week

Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and in-store customer contacts.
  • The ability to meet customer needs with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
