About the Position

This is an opportunity to take on a role as a Maintenance Associate, focusing on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness across our retail sites in Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all areas of the site to a very high standard, including floors, walls, and surfaces
  • Ensure all equipment and chemicals are used safely and effectively at all times
  • Follow schedules for general, periodical, and emergency maintenance tasks
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and professional working environment at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles (commercial or retail preferred)
  • Understanding of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirements
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A current police check (within 6 months) or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
