Job Title: Claims Coordinator/Claims Assistant
">- The role involves coordinating and supporting initiatives related to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims for the business.
- We are seeking an individual who can develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the business, our insurance client, claimants, policyholders, and customers regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.
- Review claims to ensure that invoicing requirements are met, update accounts as necessary, answer inquiries, and make recommendations for resolution in conjunction with the Assessor.
- Manage database records.
