Customer Probity Specialist

The Customer Probity Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Customer Onboarding Team by providing accurate advice on granting access to gaming areas at our properties. This is achieved by ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.

To be successful, the Customer Probity Specialist must have a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures, as well as experience in performing customer due diligence, probity, and/or enhanced customer due diligence processes. Additionally, they must possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in making informed decisions when faced with complex situations, research skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rotating shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Customer Probity activities to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant compliance and legislation relating to customer processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Ability to work a rotating shift to ensure 24 hour/7 day operations
Requirements:
  • Experience in performing CDD, Probity and/or ECDD processes
  • Research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional probity and credit clearance, and ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences
