Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to school-aged children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Cultivate a fun-filled environment that incorporates creativity and innovation, ensuring the well-being of all children in our care.
• Foster respectful relationships with parents, carers, and fellow educators, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Evaluate and maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation, guaranteeing a safe and supportive learning environment for all children.

Requirements:

• A valid Working With Children Check clearance is mandatory for this role.
• A Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in child-centered practices.
• The Identify and Respond qualification is essential; if you do not possess it, we encourage you to pursue certification as soon as possible.
• A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time Our Place, and child protection laws will underpin your success in this position.
