We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our bakery team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring quality and service excellence. The position involves a rotating schedule, including weekend shifts, with start times as early as 7 AM and end times as late as 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our members with prompt and courteous interactions.
  • Stay informed about our bakery product offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle product-filled oven racks and assist in the un-traying of baked goods from pans to packaging.
  • Prepare baked items according to specifications, including garnishing and stacking used pans appropriately.
  • Weigh finished products and accurately record measurements on verification sheets.
  • Package and wrap baked goods using both manual and machine methods, adhering to merchandise guidelines.
  • Utilize racks or carts for the efficient movement and stocking of wrapped products, ensuring proper date rotation and appealing presentation throughout the day.
  • Support additional bakery functions as required.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment related to this role.
  • Comply with Costco's policies on Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification, and all necessary safety training.
  • Assist with inventory management on a monthly basis.

Additional Duties:

  • Provide assistance with front-end operations as needed.
  • Support other departments within the warehouse as required.
