Production Management Opportunity

 

Job Description:

  • Manage a team of production crew members, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to site safety standards.
  • Implement effective operational strategies to meet production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
  • Lead daily pre-start meetings, perform regular Safe Act Observations, and maintain accurate records of production outcomes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Mining Supervisor G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) and G2 certification.
  • Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience in leadership roles within open-cut operations.
  • Knowledge of current WHS legislation and statutory requirements.
