Job Overview

This Solar Installation Supervisor position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of solar installation projects. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of these projects, guaranteeing timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management or design, along with relevant certifications and experience in the field. A Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician qualification is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of solar installation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Supervision and coordination of installation teams, including guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensuring industry-leading installations through collaboration with our team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or Design.
  • Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in solar roofing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction and mounting systems and techniques.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Valid Working at Heights Certification.
  • White Card.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Full working rights.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 AUD per annum.
