Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement of solar equipment.
- Interpret solar system designs and electrical schematics.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
- Work closely with the project manager and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in solar installation or electrical work is a plus.
- Proven experience as a solar installer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and solar system components.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
