We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Care Worker. Based in Victor Harbor, you will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic tasks, social support, and travel assistance to our clients.
As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to live independently at home. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients and their families.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, although this is not mandatory. Previous experience in similar roles will be advantageous, but we are happy to provide training and support for the right individual.

Responsibilities- Provide personal care to older clients with genuine care and respect
- Assist with domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Support clients in daily activities and social engagement
- Assist with travel and appointments as needed
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support desirable but not required
- Previous experience in similar roles advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
- A well-maintained vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum of P2)
- Ongoing training and support
- Buddy shifts with a more experienced colleague for mentorship
- Friendly and supportive team culture
- Shifts available during school hours
- Shifts available across 7 days
