St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

  • St Louis Homes – NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia
  • St Louis Home Care – Government-approved and private home care provider
  • St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care
  • St Louis Allied Health – FIFO allied health services supporting remote South Australian communities

Working under the guidance of Dementia Care Specialists, you'll support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation. We're looking for a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence. Role: Support Worker

To be successful in this role:

  • Have a person-centered approach to support people in their daily living
  • Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours, will be an advantage
  • Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts

Essentials:

  • National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Up to date Influenza vaccination
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
