Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify performance trends and recommend preventative measures to improve operational performance.
  • Work closely with the Fleet team to ensure seamless cooperation and coordination from an aftersales perspective.
  • Develop and conduct Aftersales standards and performance-based assessments to measure and develop action plans.
  • Offer operational expertise and support across all key Aftersales domains.
  • Share knowledge with the Aftersales Operations team to develop their ability and commitment to business development and remedial actions.
About You
  • Tertiary Qualification

A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is desirable.

Automotive Experience

You must have over 10 years' experience in an Automotive Aftersales capacity.

Leadership and People Management Skills

Proven leadership and people management skills and experience are essential.

Aftersales Knowledge

Strong knowledge of all Aftersales operational elements, including people, processes, and technology.

Judgment and Problem-Solving

Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving abilities are required.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail

Accuracy with figures and attention to detail are essential.

Communication and Negotiation Skills

Proven communication and negotiation skills and a high customer service focus are necessary.
