Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to support the delivery of a home security enhancement initiative across the Townsville region.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of private homes and evaluate their security features
  • Foster strong relationships with seniors during home visits, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism
  • Identify areas requiring security upgrades and develop effective solutions
  • Capture detailed photographs and notes on an iPad, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Upload all information in real-time while on site, facilitating seamless communication

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage seniors effectively
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, with a commitment to quality
  • Comfortable using an iPad or similar device to capture photos and notes, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Experience in inspections, home security, building trades, or a related field will be highly regarded, with a focus on delivering results
