Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys cutting through complexity.

As a corporate lawyer, you will advise on government and commercial matters. Your role will be to play a critical part in advising clients on:

  • Shareholders agreements and corporate structuring
  • Sale and acquisition of business assets and shares
  • Capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital
  • Mid-market M&A transactions
  • Regulatory compliance and governance

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • 2–5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law
  • Some exposure to government advisory or in-house public sector roles (preferred but not essential)

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions
