About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oral Health Professional Trainee to join our team at Pacific Smiles Belmont. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in the dental health services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring every interaction is professional and courteous
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols
  • Assist dentists with various procedures, including chair-side assistance and instrument handling
  • Perform reception duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and updating records
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient experiences
Requirements
  • A commitment to completing a full-time 12-month traineeship
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and dentists
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety
  • Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in reception work, hospitality, or retail environments is highly regarded
