Role of a Dedicated Childcare Professional

The primary objective of this position is to create a safe, nurturing environment that stimulates the growth and development of young children. This entails designing and implementing high-quality educational programs, building strong relationships with families, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for children.

As an experienced childcare professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing innovative educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Fostering positive relationships with families to guarantee the best possible outcomes for children
  • Collaborating with other educators to implement teaching strategies that address children's unique needs and abilities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • A valid Working with Children Check clearance number
  • A current approved first aid qualification for early education and care HLTAID012
  • Completion of an approved child protection Statement of Attainment
  • Experience working in early childhood services
