Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Practice Nurse to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres in Robina. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with experienced nurses and general practitioners to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments and administer vaccines as required
- Monitor patients post-vaccination and triage emergency situations
- Assist general practitioners with minor procedures and coordinate patient care
- Manage and maintain accurate patient clinical data
- Provide wound care and removal of sutures
- Deliver health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their goals
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in general practice or an acute setting
- Knowledge of health assessment is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
