Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse at Calvary Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to our care team, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate input from residents, their families, and internal and external health professionals to ensure a high standard of care and services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a culture of excellence.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
