Job Requirements:

We require candidates to have:

  • Bachelor's degree - Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics)
  • Proven skills and experience in a related engineering function
  • Experience in a technical and industrial Defence environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant combat system and communications systems and technology
  • Project Management skills, including management of task schedule, resourcing, budget, and progress monitoring and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to manage, prioritise, and complete multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships at all levels of the business and clients
