Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Food and Beverage Attendants in a premium airport lounge setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while enjoying the flexibility of casual shifts across multiple lounges.

The Role:

  • To provide exceptional customer service by delivering warm, professional interactions with guests
  • Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail
  • Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, ensuring seamless customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented service area at all times
  • Fully comply with strict allergen awareness and food safety protocols

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is highly valued
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy
  • Current National Police Check is desirable
  • Willingness to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - cost covered by employer
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
