About The Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Chardons Hotel | Dream big with us Good food, good drinks and good people - what could be better? At ALH, our pubs are a place to escape and feel at home. Where stories are made and retold. And with passion on tap, our team adds to every pub's story.

We're on the lookout for passionate, upbeat team members to join our Food & Beverage crew at the iconic Chardons Hotel. Whether it's serving up smiles behind the bar or delivering service on the floor, you'll be part of a team that loves what they do every shift in this much loved local favourite and become part of the ALH family.

A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance

What do we need from you

  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • You must hold a current RSA certificate
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
