Job Title

Forensic Structural Engineer Position Available

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, investigating and analysing structural failures, and preparing reports detailing the cause of damage or failure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting forensic site inspections in metropolitan and regional locations, investigating and analysing structural failures.
  • Preparing written reports detailing the cause of damage or failure and recommended remediation for all types of buildings and structures.
  • Preparing documentation detailing rectification and remedial repair solutions for construction issues and damaged structures.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 3-6 years of structural engineering design and/or forensic investigation experience.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering design principles and practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil or Structural.
  • Valid White Card and current driver's license.
