Key Responsibilities:
- Manage files independently;
- Prepare succession planning documents, including wills and enduring powers of attorney;
- Deliver high-quality estate administration services to clients.
Responsibilities also include preparing probate documents, affidavits, and other court documents in estate litigation cases. In addition, you will provide written and verbal legal advice to clients and assist with complex estate files.
Qualifications and Skills:- Post-admission experience in estates administration, succession, estate planning, and estate litigation;
- A current practising certificate;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to administer tasks concurrently with accuracy and efficiency;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively;
- Capacity to work as a member of a professional team and meet client expectations;
- Self-management and self-motivation skills.
