We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Professional to lead our team of dedicated educators and deliver exceptional educational programs.

You will be responsible for developing a curriculum that meets the needs of all children, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, and ensuring safety and inclusivity in every learning experience.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive and inclusive centre culture.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of quality care and education.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
