Tax Advisory Senior

As a Senior Tax Consultant at Mane Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work alongside tax partners and take on a leadership role in managing client briefs, developing junior team members, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include delivering and implementing tax advice, preparing and reviewing technical tax reports, and identifying and implementing tax effective capital management strategies.
You will also be responsible for preparing M&A tax advice, due diligence reports, and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, as well as preparing tax thought leadership presentations and media articles.
Additionally, you will be responsible for tax compliance, including reviewing income tax returns and tax effect accounting calculations, identifying client tax risks, and applying global and local quality control processes and risk procedures.
Supervising and mentoring your tax team will also be a key aspect of this role.
