About the Role

We are seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team at Dreamworld.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food service and hospitality.

You will be working in a variety of roles, including food and beverage outlets, mobile vending, events and functions.

This is a casual/part-time opportunity with varied minimum guaranteed hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Operating cash handling and EFT/POS processing systems
  • Working efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
  • Maintaining a high level of grooming and presentation standards
  • Adhering to good hygiene practices and food handling procedures
Requirements
  • A current RSA certificate
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment or food premises is preferred
  • Good physical dexterity and ability to perform physically demanding work
